What is the deposit?
The deposit is £ 100 per person (excluding infants) plus any applicable insurance premiums on confirmation of booking. Some airfares may be based on instant purchase tickets or ticketing deadlines soon after purchase. If a booking is made on such a fare, full payment for the flight or flight inclusive element of the package will be required in accordance with these restrictions. You will be notified by a member of our reservations staff if you have booked such a fare. All late bookings (within 7 days of departure) will incur a £ 15 per person fee. When is the balance of the payment due?The balance is payable eight (8) weeks prior to departure. If a booking is made within eight (8) weeks of departure, full payment is required immediatelyAre there any credit card charges?A small 2% charge is applied to credit card bookings only; however there is no charge for payments made with a debit card.Can I pay by cash, postal order or cheque?We cannot accept bookings without a payment made by either credit or debit card. If only a deposit is required (due to the booking being made outside of 8 weeks, then a cheque payment will be accepted for the balance only, however a card payment will be required for the deposit payment. We pride ourselves in delivering the highest level of customer service to ensure your holiday needs are met.What is NOT included in the price?Airport departure tax where specified in certain destinations which is payable locally upon either arrival or departure, transfers where not specified, visa charges for certain specified destinations, any credit card charges, special delivery charge or Ticket on departure charges. Certain bookings will be subject to a Booking Fee. We will advise you at the time of booking if this applies and it will be reflected in the price you pay for your travel arrangements.What is included in the price?Your price includes airfare, accommodation on the board basis selected, pre-payable airline taxes and scheduled airline failure insurance, transfers where specified and overseas representation at selected destinations.What do I do if I need special assistance at the airport?Advise your customer advisor at the time of booking and where possible we will make the arrangements with the airport for you.Do holidays require a minimum stay?This depends on the chosen destination. Please ask your customer advisor for further details.How far in advance can I book?Generally up to 12 months in advance. However this is dependant on your choice of airline or hotel. We will of course do our utmost to book whatever you require.
What does half board, full board and all inclusive mean?These are differing forms of board basis, half board entitles the guest to a breakfast and evening meal (although in some cases it may be lunch), Full board entitles the guest to breakfast, lunch and an evening meal. All inclusive means that a variety of meals, drinks and activities are included. The level of which depends on the hotel. Please revert to the hotel of your choice on our website or we will advise you upon enquiry on the specifics of the hotel chosen.What are the delivery options for tickets if I am going very soon?
1) If your departure date is more than 7 days from booking your documents will be sent via 1st class mail.
2) If your departure date is 7 days or less from booking date then we will contact you to verify the special delivery costs.
3) If the above options are not available we will arrange a Ticket on Departure (TOD). We will charge a £30 surcharge in addition to any charges applied by the airline, which will be automatically applied to your booking after confirmation.
4) We can only take bookings for customers who can provide a UK delivery address which must be the same as the credit card billing address.
PLEASE CONTACT US NO LATER THAN THREE WORKING DAYS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR TRAVEL DOCUMENTS. FAILURE TO DO THIS MAY RESULT IN EXTRA CHARGES BEING LEVIED BY THE AIRLINE.

Usually at least one meal is included on the flight but this varies with destination and airline. Please double check with your customer advisor for specific airlines.How do I find out what the local airport taxes?
Some taxes are payable locally and we will advise you upon booking and confirm the details on our confirmation. However these can change and it is best to confirm prior to departure.Can I request special meals on the flight ?
Yes, you can request certain special meals on flights, these are not guaranteed. Please ask you customer advisor to request a meal.Can I upgrade the flight?
Yes, if there are available upgrades we will be more than happy to provide you with a quotation for them.Can I request a certain seat on the flight?
Yes, please contact us to request a particular seat, this unfortunately cannot be guaranteed. Please also note that airlines will NOT confirm the emergency exit seats. |
